I made a purchase for some firming face cream on facebook 07/29/2026 and was given a tracking number. Upon tracking the package for several weeks I received an email updating that my package was delivered on 08/14/2026. I never received a package. I contacted the post office and was told my tracking number was invalid and they can't help me. I've made numerous attempts to contact the company with no response. I have requested a refund or my product. No one has replied.

Saw ad on Instagram and purchased eye masks for dry eyes. They are advertised to heat up and stay hot to a certain temperature for 20 mins. They do not. They get barely lukewarm (I even measured and sent them the proof in photographs to prove they don't work) so are completely useless. When I said I want my money back they used stall tactics (to try to push me past their 30 return policy) and kept maintaining that the masks work and that I should keep trying. Their policy is to provide money back (and not charge shipping) if the merch is defective, which it obviously is. But they refused to refund (offered a tiny portion in refund) and said they would only refund if I sent the merch back at my own cost all the way to California. That shipping would have been expensive (I refused and quoted their return policy) but I very much doubt they would have refunded if I'd sent it back. (They also charged me twice.) Initially I might have gotten a response from a bot, but I think it was mostly responses from a person but they got more and more rude and obnoxious the longer the email chain went on. I reported the issue to my credit card company and that is currently in progress. DO NOT BUY this product, it is a complete and total scam.

I ordered 7 pairs of knit jeans in 7 different colors on 07/28/2026 @ 18:47 EDT, and supposedly they were delivered 25 days ago. I checked my Blink camera on the day before, during and after my order was allegedly delivered, and nothing. I asked my mail carrier if my package was at the annex and she said "no", and I asked my neighbors to the north and south of me, as well as my neighbor across the street, and they have not signed for my package.

I get called every day…all day about getting a loan from these people. They leave messages saying that I applied and they only need a few more details to finalize the transaction. The loans are between 20K-50K. Phone numbers, amounts, and the names change, but the message is always the same. ANNOYING!!

The invoice states this is a routine annual renewal invoice for our existing fax infrastructure service for Professional Fax Infrastructure Base Service, Searchable Archive Retention, Verified Delivery Proof Generation and Annual Account Management & Compliance. I ordered flowers from www.flowersin4hours.com that were supposed to be delivered same day (within 4 hours). The flowers never arrived. When I called the company, every time I pressed a number for one of the options listed, the call disconnected. I then researched the company online and found that many people have reported this to be a fraudulent or scam company that doesn't deliver. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, where I also found many other complaints related to this company.

Website offers fast and easy online passport renewal. Which I had to pay up front $187 when I submitted their application and personal information for my child. The website didn’t state any exclusions regarding children passports. In return, I received PDF filled passport application with the next steps stating what to do. That’s not filing for the customer, especially knowing that children’s passports are not to be filed online, only by mail.

While I received the goods I purchased from Theodore Townsend, both items had visible holes (not rips) in the material. I contacted customer service to begin the refund process. They asked me for photos of the damage which I provided via email. I exchanged at least 3 emails with customer service and then, all of a sudden, the emails started to bounce back. The email address used was [email protected] and now, there is an immediate bounce back "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." Now, I have no way of contacting them as there are no other emails listed on the website nor a customer service number. I am working to refuse the charge with my credit card company.

Preston Hayes is a fraudulent clothing website. Do not order anything from that company. They will not refund me my money after ordering what I thought was linen dresses. No tags on the clothing when they arrived in the packaging and it was definitely not linen.

This company advertised bras, the size chart they use is way off the size we normally use, I tried to tell them, they want me to order a new size for an additional $10.50 or a partial refund of 10% back of the amount paid.

I purchased two dresses from Sheri & Layne Scottsdale for a special occasion. Before ordering, I checked the expected delivery date and allowed plenty of time. However, the dresses had not even been shipped by the expected delivery date and consequently did not arrive in time. Although both dresses were purchased together on the same order, they were shipped separately. I also discovered only after purchasing that my orders were being shipped from China, despite the company presenting itself as “Sheri & Layne Scottsdale.” The first dress was left by the courier outside my apartment door in an unsecured hallway and was subsequently stolen. The courier bypassed both a secure package room with lockers and a concierge desk with access to another secure mail room. The second dress arrived approximately a week later. The sizing was extremely inaccurate—I am a size 0 and the dress has no chance of fitting me. The quality was also appalling: cheap, poorly made and nothing like the product photographs used to advertise it. I have repeatedly contacted Sheri & Layne seeking compensation regarding the stolen dress and instructions to return the second dress for a refund. Despite multiple attempts over approximately two months, I have received generic responses that do not address my specific concerns or provide meaningful instructions for completing the return. I am now substantially out of pocket for two dresses I cannot use and have been unable to obtain the resolution promised under the company’s advertised refund and return policies. I am reporting my experience because I believe other consumers should be aware of the shipping origin, product quality, delivery problems and difficulties I have experienced obtaining a refund or return.

I purchased a "kids plus keychain set" on 1/26/2026. It never arrived. I used their website to contact customer service, who sent me a subsequent email with tracking information. To keep it short, there were months of back and forth with the representative saying to check the tracking numbers multiple times (which were not valid on checking multiple times), asking me to call the US post office (who confirmed no such package was in their system on multiple contacts I made), claimed to send a replacement product (when I threatened to report to BBB), and even claimed they would refund the entire amount immediately (again when I reported I was going to make a BBB complaint). The item never arrived and I received no refund to date.

It shiwed progress through china post, through customs, into the Canadian system and a delivery notification. But no goods. Very well run scam operation to keep their real objective a secret. They are repeatedly calling to get information on a family member, but cannot find any business information. When asked, I was hung up on. They keep calling. They had our names and addresses on file.

I was contacted by individuals representing themselves as a legitimate loan company and offering me a personal loan. I believed I was dealing with a real lender and was following what they represented to me as part of the loan approval and funding process. I did not knowingly participate in any fraudulent activity. I received communications from an individual identifying himself as “Brian Marcus” using the telephone number 415-200-6771. I was sent an advertisement using the name “Secure Lending” stating that I had been approved for a personal loan. As part of what they represented as the loan process, a check for $1,762.23 was deposited into my Bank of America account. I believed this was connected to legitimate loan funding. Bank of America initially placed a hold on the check because the bank had information indicating that it might be returned. The check was subsequently returned unpaid. Bank of America’s official notice dated August 18, 2026 identifies the return reason as “Altered/Fictitious.” I did not know that the check was altered or fictitious when it was deposited. The individuals were also instructing me to withdraw or obtain money and send money back to them. In text messages, they instructed me to go to Walmart with cash and wait for them to generate a barcode. They instructed me to place $440 on the barcode and specifically told me “do not mention anything about the loan.” They also instructed me on what to tell Walmart employees if I was questioned about the transaction. I have screenshots documenting these instructions. The individuals also requested sensitive banking information, including an online banking username and password, account number, and routing number. There was also unauthorized activity involving my daughter’s PNC account. The individuals gained access to the account while representing their actions to me as part of the loan process. On August 14, 2026, transactions appeared in the account labeled “Provisional Credit – Dispute Pending” for $170, $63, and $218, totaling $451. A $451 online transfer also appeared as pending. They then wanted me to send approximately $400 back to them. These were not legitimate loan proceeds. I did not authorize anyone to fraudulently dispute transactions, obtain provisional credits, deposit fraudulent checks, or engage in fraudulent banking activity. I believed I was dealing with a legitimate lending company until I realized what was actually occurring. The individuals also directed or attempted to direct me to send money through methods or locations including Walmart, Apple Pay/cards, and Walgreens. This scam caused serious financial consequences. The fraudulent $1,762.23 check was returned as altered/fictitious, and the activity ultimately resulted in problems and closure of my Bank of America and PNC banking relationships. I am reporting this because I believe these individuals are using the appearance of a legitimate lending company and supposed personal loan approvals to gain consumers’ trust, access bank accounts, use fraudulent checks or banking transactions, and then pressure consumers to send money back before the fraudulent transactions are discovered. I have documentation supporting this report, including the original loan advertisement, text-message conversations, the telephone number used, instructions directing me to send money through Walmart, the Walmart barcode they provided, requests for online banking credentials, screenshots of the PNC provisional credits, the Bank of America deposit hold, the returned check, and Bank of America’s official notice identifying the $1,762.23 check as “Altered/Fictitious.” I am submitting these records to document that I was the victim of this scam and to help prevent other consumers from being targeted. I am submitting this as additional information and evidence to supplement my original report. The additional text messages I am uploading show how the individuals continued attempting to obtain money from me while representing themselves as a legitimate loan company. After the Walmart barcode they provided did not work, the individual instructed me to purchase an Apple gift card for $450. He sent me a picture of the type of Apple gift card I was supposed to purchase and repeatedly pressured me to complete the transaction. The individual specifically told me that after I completed this process, he would provide the loan money that had been promised to me. He then instructed me to send him a photograph of the Apple gift card where he could see the card numbers, claiming that he needed to attach the card information to my “loan file” in order to “release” my loan funds. The messages also show the individual creating a sense of urgency and repeatedly pressuring me to hurry. He claimed there was a limited amount of time to return what he called “verification money” and stated that my loan deposit had to be completed that same day. Before attempting the Apple gift card transaction, the individual had instructed me to go to Walmart with cash. He generated a Walmart barcode and instructed me to put $440 on it. Most importantly, he specifically told me not to mention anything about the loan to Walmart employees and coached me on what to say if I was questioned. When the barcode did not work and I told him the situation was beginning to look suspicious to the cashier, he changed the method and instructed me to purchase the $450 Apple gift card instead. I am uploading the actual text-message screenshots showing these instructions. These messages demonstrate that I believed I was completing requirements associated with receiving a legitimate loan while the individuals were attempting to obtain real money from me through gift cards and barcode transactions. I am extremely concerned that these individuals may still be contacting and scamming other consumers using the appearance of a legitimate loan company. This scam has already caused serious consequences for me, including the closure of my banking relationships/accounts with Bank of America and PNC. I respectfully ask BBB to add this evidence to my report and investigate this operation as urgently as possible. I am providing the actual communications so that BBB can see exactly how these individuals represented the transactions as part of a loan, pressured me to send money, and attempted to obtain gift card information from me. PLEASE NOTE: The BBB website is only allowing me to upload one attachment with this report. The attachment I am submitting is only a portion of the evidence and documentation I have regarding this scam. I have substantial additional documentation that I am unable to attach through this form, including additional text-message conversations with the individuals involved, screenshots of their instructions, communications showing their attempts to obtain money through Walmart barcodes and Apple gift cards, banking screenshots, the fraudulent check, and official documentation from my financial institutions concerning the fraudulent activity and the resulting consequences to my accounts. I also have documentation from Bank of America showing that the $1,762.23 check connected to this supposed loan was returned unpaid and identified by the bank as “Altered/Fictitious.” I personally contacted Bank of America regarding this fraudulent activity and what happened to my account. Bank of America advised me to contact and report this matter to the Better Business Bureau, which is one of the reasons I am submitting this report and providing the evidence I have available. I also have additional documentation concerning the unauthorized activity involving the PNC account, as well as documentation concerning the subsequent closure of my banking relationships/accounts with both Bank of America and PNC. There are many additional text messages demonstrating how these individuals represented themselves as a legitimate loan company, promised to release loan funds, pressured me to send money, instructed me to use Walmart barcodes and Apple gift cards, requested photographs showing gift-card information, and instructed me not to disclose to store employees that the transactions were supposedly connected to a loan. I am willing and prepared to provide ALL additional documentation, screenshots, bank records, returned-check documentation, account-closure information, and communications to BBB or the appropriate investigative authorities upon request. Please do not consider the single attachment submitted with this report to be the complete evidence. I have significantly more documentation available that supports my report and demonstrates how this scheme was carried out. I am asking that this matter be taken seriously and investigated as soon as possible. This situation has already resulted in serious consequences for me, including the closure of my banking relationships/accounts with Bank of America and PNC, even though I believed I was dealing with a legitimate loan company. I am extremely concerned that these individuals may still be representing themselves as a legitimate lending company and targeting other consumers. I am asking BBB to review this report and the evidence and take whatever appropriate action is available to help prevent other consumers from becoming victims.

Stated that my credit report between 2007-2015 flagged in an audit for rent-a-center as having a past due account in collections and that it’s still valid because rent a center uses a tolling agreement in their contract which means the statute of limitations is void. They claim letters were sent and not received and an officer will be delivering a court summons if I didn’t pay the settlement amount today. They had my name, current address, SSN and listed the car I just bought as an asset. I attempted to validate the address provided and the building has no record of that business. Searched the CA registry of businesses and the name does not exist. Their phone numbers are VOIP and not owned by a company. The email address used to provide documentation has been flagged in other scams. When asked they refused to give any more info that provided in the email letter

I received a call from Avery and multiple people stating that they are looking for my husband. They claim we owe $8000 some dollars for a US Bank credit card. He wanted a payment. I explained to the agent that we never had an account with US Bank. I told them I verified with U.S. Bank that the credit number/account was never issued by them and they said that there is no account with them. The agent was very aggressive. He threatened to take assets from me. He knew alot of my husband's information. I explained I would contact US Bank. He stated that I did not need to contact US Bank. Once I was finished speaking with him. I called US Bank fraud department, and the agent who worked for US Bank fraud department stated that under my husband's name and Social Security number, there was no account. I explain to US bank that I had received a call from the Mediation Group stating I owe 8000 for a credit card with Citibank. Then US bank stated to me that they have not heard of Miller and Associates Mediation Group. Please help. I am being called about a credit card debt and I have never had a credit card with US Bank. I was pressured to pay right now or they threatened us to take us to court. They ended up taking $3500 from my credit card. They refused to refund and refused to acknowledge that the information they used to fraud me does not exist.

They advertise concert tickets available via "Mobile Transfer," which means Ticketmaster tickets will be transferred to the buyer's name, as on every other ticket platform. But they only provide SecureMyPass. So they aren't transferred to the buyer's name and aren't resellable on more reputable platforms afterward, and they will not refund or resell the tickets either, because there is no way to guarantee a SecureMyPass is the only one available for a seat, because anyone with the URL has access to the ticket. Many scams are known to use SecureMyPass. Just a bad experience with this business.

Don't help vision either close or far! Whether or not they help block blue light, I don't know. They were over $55.00, but were flimsy & plastic & a waste of money. I tried to return. No response.

There is this person goes by the name of work from home job momma on tiktok and they are giving information about working from home with different types of positions and pay. They give you this email address for you to ask for more information which seem legit. Low and behold its a scam. I emailed them for information and they respond with the different jobs and pay so we proceed to talk about the jobs and then she tells me that she was going to send me some interview questions to answer so i answered them and then she tell me she was going to send my questions to someone higher to look at. Three days later i receive another email from them saying congratulations you scored 80% or higher and you qualify for the job . So i receive another email saying that i have to do my on-boarding which requires my ssn,id and address. I sent that not think because i really thought they was legit because i was told to send my information to a work solution email and i seen that waork solution was real so i figured that was real. Never received another email from them after. The email that using on social media is [email protected] .

They called me about a loan and asked for my social security - I told them i don't give personal info over the phone and that I don't know who you are - then they proceeded to hang up the phone on me.

Tried to say they are attempting to get money for debt collectors

I ordered the Ethiopian Bible from Faith Made.com. The cost was $49.95. I immediately received a confirmation page. On this page it had a tab to press to View Order.I press the tab, it took me to a page that showed "It is on the way" After one week, I emailed them asking " where is my order". Their excuse is that they dont see my order thru Shopify. and that they cant process the order or give me a refund.
