Ordered Asics Novablast 6 Running shoes from Weston Blake on August 8th 2026. Item arrived August 23 2026. After inspection of shoes I noticed differences from Weston Blakes site and Asics main site. The colors were off on the upper. The font on the tongue was the wrong color and the sticker in the shoe showing the serial number was fake, showing a known fraudulent model number. The box serial number did not match the shoes either, new running shoes have serial numbers matching the box, in this case it did not.

They sent me ancobfirmation email for my purchase which links me to a "404 (page does not exist)." Page on their site. I have no recourse other than disputing the charge, but I think they may have renamed it. I'm having trouble finding the transaction.
On 8/22/26 they tried to charge me another $79.95. Luckily I didn't have the funds available for the transaction to go through. I didn't sign up for a membership or make any other purchase. This was an unauthorized charge. Koda, or WearKoda is an absolute scam

The website advertised a Paw Patrol toy as being of a large size and with actual characters. The one I received was much smaller and off-brand. When I reached out for returns, they would only offer 10% back, then 20%, then 30%. I never received the money back. I then found a charge for $29.99 on my credit card. When I reached out about it, their phone was never picked up. I sent an email and was told my purchase came with a membership that was free for 20 days before the charges started. This was never confirmed during checkout nor did I receive an email like you would for other memberships. Once again, I asked for a refund. They only eventually offered 30% back, which I did not trust because I never received my other refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is predatory.

As described by another person who reported this - a mailing was sent to me with a sweepstakes inside where you had to open a game card to get numbers to see if they matched the scratch off on the flyer. You had a chance to "win" a Viking Cruise for 2 with round-trip first class airfare or $15,000 cash, a 5 day Mexico or Caribbean cruise for two, a 7 night resort stay or a 7 night Alaskan cruise for two with round-trip airfare. Of course the numbers matched, so you are to call a toll-free number and mention a code.

I received an initial email from Nicole Curl of HR alleging they were following up on "my interest in a position suited for me: a remote part-time Data Entry Clerk position. I requested more information about the job, and at this stage I would need to complete a brief & final assessment to help determine the best fit for the role.
After doing an assessment and filling out a questionnaire, I received a job acceptance offer by email from Nicole Curl again, with an extended offer of employment for the position stating I received the job. Then request my name, address, phone#, DOB, RN License #, and email address. The compensation, full-time and part-time pay rates, and the employment offer were emailed to me from Nicole Curl as the HR Assistant from Novacell Oncology, [email protected].
Then I received yet another email from Nicole Curl stating my "information has now been updated on our employee portal," advising me to set up a "TELEGRAM" account for my mobile device for "office communication". It also instructed me to a Telegram address of: t.me/clairharrison660 for the "Administrative Desk for onboarding and software registration process".
I replied back by email to Nicolo Curl again for clarification of my "accepted position, since I am an RN-Registered Nurse, attached my resume, and questioned the job title and pay rates, and requested further clarification of the job title and pay rates, but I never received a response which was odd since all of the prior emails were all in 'rapid-fire' sequences, also I did not have Telegram app.
After 2 days of no reply to my clarification of role title and pay rates, I emailed Nicole Curl again (and to date of this complaint) never received any further emails from Nicole Curl.
I looked back at Nicole Curl's last instruction that directed me to contact Claire Harrison in 'Administration, through the app Telegram to begin the onboarding process, via the Telegram app.
With no responses from Nicole Curl, I put the Telegram app on my phone and contacted Claire Harrison via the Telegram address above.
Ms. Harrison was very abrasive, informing me I interrupted her online meeting & she would get back to me.
Within 5 min I received a Telegram from Harrison with a litany of a list of instructions;
I was asked if I had a printer, if I had Cash App, my social security #, & if not get it now, if I had mobile banking, what's my bank name, they are sending me a check from accounting that must be printed & cut outside the lines, front & back, endorse it & deposit by mobile deposit only to my bank, all while to send he screen shots of everything as I did them., then to send her a copy screen shot of the mobile deposit.
The "check' sent by email was for $1500.00, from "****** ****** ****** **** ******** *** ***** ******* ** *****, the bank was First National Bank, check #1759, Memo indicate: MacBook & Software, and the signature is not legible, very tiny, and appears as though it was backwards, date of check 08/21/2026and bottom check #'s printed in bank style fashion across the bottom is the check line, are; 1759 111906271 673194072.
This is where I became very uncomfortable. I responded via Telegram that I did not have mobile check deposit features on my account (and I do not), so I would have to go to my bank on Monday in person since it was already after 6:00 PM Friday & the bank is closed.
I was abrasively instructed to contact 'her' Claire Harrison at 8:00 AM the next morning. I advised the inside office is not open until Monday. I was instructed to then contact her at 8:00 AM Monday morning with the deposit confirmation. I sent a telegram msg I would be in meetings Monday am & would contact back sometime Monday afternoon.
My prior research on the company through their website: https://novacelloncology.com after the very first Nicole Curl email, there was no phone number to call listed, no links to the only 4 vague listed positions, no links or hyperlinks anywhere to contact or call, nor could anything be copied.
After a sleepless night, I realized this is a bad scam. I am completely sick that I lost my Social Security #, given as ordered by Claire Harrison during the litany of Rapid-fire instructions. However, my bank info # s was never given.
Over the years as a nurse, I have, of course, gone through the nursing job process; I have never seen this, but I was reminded that things have changed. Well, none of this sounds or was appropriate, lawful, or regulated.

I checked whether it had the lock symbol; it did, so I thought it was safe and saw good reviews. I purchased on August 12th, and the money was withdrawn on the 13th. Also, I want to note that the description of the company that withdrew the money shows: ROUGE SPORTING BEVERLY HILLS on my statement. I received a confirmation email but never received any tracking information. I reached out several times by email, but received no response. I Googled it today to see if it's common for them to take a while with shipping, and that's when I read that it's a fraudulent online shop and that they run temporary pop-up scam shops.

I thought he was full of it and I blocked him later that evening I received a call from a David Williams stated he was the CEO of the publishers clearing house. and manufacture is published and promotions. He said that I had one $2.5 million to be given 100,000 in a red Mercedes-Benz to be delivered to my home with fanfare as soon as I fulfilled the requirements to receive the money, this is included in the letter that I will attach that explains everything that they want for me they had me sent $1400 to what I believed was a person and the federal trade commission and 4500 to someone for a gold eagle seal for the money. The last thing they wanted me to do was the upfront taxes which I thought was illegal. They’re ready to set up a date for delivery of my prize award and I am really scared. they said that they are supposed to meet the governor at the bank and I will have police escort and two lawyers will be with me as well as well as David Williams. I’m very concerned that this is fraud.

I figured it was going to apply to my initial order, but instead the placed a 2nd order the exact same pair of shoes and put the discount on those. I didn't want nor need a 2nd pair of shoes! They send me an "updated" receipt for $89.01. I tried to cancel the order. Numerous emails and phone calls were ignored for 10 hours. I finally get an automated message claiming it's against their policy to give refunds! Their policy also said ordered could be canceled within 30 minutes. I made every effort to cancel in that 30 minute window. Their "fake" discount and inability to be responsive to my complaint and demand for refund is very deceptive! I contacted my bank who has initiated a provisional refund for the 2nd pair of shoes but after dealing with this store, I feel so traumatized and disgusted that I want ALL of my money back!

I order some shoes from them and never received them. I believe these are counterfeit. I did not realize they were. The took the payment through Wise (payment link below). I think their origin is from China but I'm unsure. Their website is still up but they've stop communicating with me.

Counterfeit Product - Online Retailer Scam
I ordered clothing from Curve & Bloom Nashville. The items arrived after a long delay and did not match what was advertised, appearing to be a cheap knockoff of the listing photos, with poor quality fabric and construction, and likely sourced overseas rather than reflecting the Nashville-based branding.
I requested a return and refund. The company was unresponsive and required several follow-up emails before providing any return information. When they did respond, they offered a 15% partial refund with no return required, or a full refund if I returned the item to an address in the United Kingdom. Shipping the item back to the UK from the US costs upward of $400 through UPS or FedEx, with no tracking available once the package leaves the country. This makes it functionally impossible to complete the return process they are requiring for a full refund.
When I followed up to request a reasonable, prepaid return shipping option, the company replied with a generic message asking me to restate my order number and issue, despite having already provided this information clearly, including the order number in the email subject line.
I also attempted to verify this business through the Tennessee Secretary of State's registration database and found no record of "Curve & Bloom" or "Curve & Bloom LLC," despite the company listing this as its legal name and 1200 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203 as its business address. This address is a mixed-use residential and office building, and I found no evidence the company actually operates there. This raises concern that the business's US identity is not accurate, and that it may be operating from overseas.
I have also reported this business to the FTC (Report #*********).
I am requesting BBB's assistance in getting Curve & Bloom to provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund. I am also flagging this business's practices, including its return process and unverifiable US business identity, as a potential pattern of deceptive conduct affecting other customers.

I received letter promising payout of 9500000.00, since their client Ms. Noami ****** past away after covid complications, pressuring to call and send required documents in order to collect money. They stress that if it is not done in timely manner the money would go to charity. I did not send them anything but I want to notify you, so people would be aware of such scam, also I feel that there is no reason they should have my name and address.

I was contacted via email by Nicole Curl who had wanted to know if I was interested in the job position. When I replied that I was interested I received an email that had links to take a candidate questionnaire and then an assessment. I completed both on Thursday August 20,2026. Today Friday August 21,2026 I received an email with an offer letter attached. Once I accepted the job offer I was told to contact Claire Harrison via the Telegram App. After I contacted her on Telegram she responded with a 3 second video message saying welcome. She then started the “onboarding process “ with me. I had checked the website and everything seemed fine until she asked if I had access to my bank account online. Apparently they now send checks by email and I could deposit it using the bank app online and that it would cover the software and training expenses. Everything seemed legitimate until I read that. I responded that I didn’t have an open checking account and Claire Harrison responded that she would let the billing department know and get back to me. That was at 3:45pm 8/21/26. Up until then the process was moving along quickly and then crickets. I decided to do some research on the people who contacted me rather than the company and the first thing that popped up was a report on this site that described the exact same experience as me. The only difference was that I didn’t get any further than this. So they didn’t get any banking information and I didn’t receive any checks from them to deposit.

This might be the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They run 6 gambling sites in total. I tried to verify my information which the documents were approved on one site and not another. I highly recommend reading the reviews from the Better Business Bureau. Contact your US and state reps as well as the current class action lawsuit against this company. Plus, they have all your personal documents including your driver's license and your bank account details.
