They said it would be delivered the next day (8/23), and I would get confirmation. Delivery was not received. Confirmation about delivery was never received. I called the company again. Over the course of 30 phone calls and 4 days, I was either hung up on, waited on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, or transferred to an AI assistant who could never find my order number and then would hang up on me when trying to transfer the call to a "live assistant". I have yet to get in contact with a live person to assist. I finally called my Credit Card company on 8/25 to dispute the charges.

Went to look for reviews, none, the site itself has no address, phone # and customer service has nothing on it. I found the one address as to where you would send back items. When I went to [email protected] it took you to customer service which has no info. at all, nor phone #. My phone showed request for code that I don't believe I made. Called my bank, they found that there was a inquiry? that tried to get the card into wallet. Had card canceled. Something is very shady, smells like a scam. He said he worked for publishers clearing house and was going to enter my family member into sweep stakes with guaranteed winnings. After taking all the cash she had, $21,000, from loosing her house when the town of paradise burned down, he referred he to a loan agency. The loan agency is called World Finance Loan & Tax Services. Address; 1904 North Date St. Truth or Consequence, NM 87901. They told me she provided income that verified her ability to make payments to a loan. They said they were unaware that a scammer had referred my family member to their agency. My family member told me that she told World Finance that the load was for someone else… They claimed not to be aware that a scammer had referred their office.

On 8/12/2026, I was targeted by an online employment scam involving a fraudulent job offer and a fake check. I was contacted by a scammer posing as a representative for BL Properties Group, LLC . After an online communication/interview process, I was sent an employment offer. Shortly after, I received a physical FedEx overnight package containing a counterfeit check intended to be used for equipment purchases or onboarding expenses. Key Details of the Fraud: Shipping Origin: The FedEx overnight envelope listed a return address for a printing company called "Camerique Inc."Address Used: The address associated with the sender/company is 19141 Golden Valley Rd, Suite 1001, Santa Clarita, CA 91387. Upon investigation, this physical address belongs to a retail Staples store, and "Suite 1001" is a completely fabricated office unit used to create a false sense of legitimacy. The Check: A physical check was enclosed in the package, drawn on a fabricated or compromised account, representing a classic "overpayment" or "fake check" employment scam designed to trick me into depositing funds and wiring money back before the check bounces. I did not cash or deposit the check, and I am reporting this incident to log the fraudulent activity, protect other potential victims, and create an official record

Applied for a job with Five Star Bath Solutions via Indeed. Received notification via Indeed message from David Owitz that I did not receive an interview but referred me to [email protected] that had openings for remote positions. I reached out to this person regarding the position. After email exchanges, determined a trial position to determine if it was a good fit for both. Then I was asked to research flights for a convention he was attending with specifics on dates, traveling from, to, etc. Provided a list of options via proposal. Then to pay for the expenses, sent me a check that I regrettably deposited and processed two separate purchases of bit coin and sent to him. Once I notified him my bank declined the check after I was already out $1,500, his email address suddenly no longer exists. My bank has since cut ties with me and frozen my accounts and money and I am under investigation and now a risk. I am without money, will have a hard time getting a new checking account and don't know how I am going to pay it back which I know I need to.

Saw ad on Instagram and purchased eye masks for dry eyes. They are advertised to heat up and stay hot to a certain temperature for 20 mins. They do not. They get barely lukewarm (I even measured and sent them the proof in photographs to prove they don't work) so are completely useless. When I said I want my money back they used stall tactics (to try to push me past their 30 return policy) and kept maintaining that the masks work and that I should keep trying. Their policy is to provide money back (and not charge shipping) if the merch is defective, which it obviously is. But they refused to refund (offered a tiny portion in refund) and said they would only refund if I sent the merch back at my own cost all the way to California. That shipping would have been expensive (I refused and quoted their return policy) but I very much doubt they would have refunded if I'd sent it back. (They also charged me twice.) Initially I might have gotten a response from a bot, but I think it was mostly responses from a person but they got more and more rude and obnoxious the longer the email chain went on. I reported the issue to my credit card company and that is currently in progress. DO NOT BUY this product, it is a complete and total scam.

First saw the posting in Facebook Marketplace about a data entry position and I texted the person. The person from Facebook then gave me an email address so I could contact this person [email protected]. Pretty much got the job within couple hours. In the conditional offer email, they asked me to go through onboarding which includes "watching training video, setting up myself in the system, and going through an initial interview." One of the steps in account setup involves just remaining online for 40 minutes and someone from the company would reach out and finalize setting up my employee profile - no one ever showed up. That's when things started not looking right so I started looking up the business online and found out their team member photos are all generated by AI. When looking up each lawyer's name in Supreme Court of Colorado, none of their name shows up in the system. Everything looks really legit but it's 100% a scam. Honestly, I didn't go too far in the process but things are just really sketchy and they even hired someone called "Elena" to talk to you on a call. This lady would claimed that she has been with the company for 9 years but then she's just reading off a script. When asked about how she likes the job and whether she's met the team, she would just get really vague and uncomfortable. Stay away!

This company claiming to be Keystone Recovery Group and trying to say I owe a payday loan from 18 years ago on a bank account I have not had for 20+ years. I have never had a payday loan. They call multiple times a day always from a different phone number, each area code shows a different city/state. They will not mail any proof of alleged debt, and have been threatening for several months that I will be sued in my county's court and will be on the docket on "Tuesday". Of course, this is not true. Now they are calling my family members. I put in an order for a raincoat via oliveandevy.com, after clicked on complete order, a page with an Ultimate Protection appeared. The Ultimate Protection charge is $9.95 and I clicked on "No. Thank you". When my order was complete, $9.95 still showed as a part of total $30.95. The ultimate protection charge is a red flag as I chose to opt out of it. There are other red flags (see attached for ref): 1. "The payment will be processed by seronline." 2. "Oli Ve and Evy operates as an authorized affiliate and marketing partner of seronline. This means: We promote and market services on behalf of seronline. " Oli Ve should be Olive 3. "Please note due to high demand for your product, your order make take a few extra days to arrive." the correct word should be may not make. A reputable online site should not make this error. 4. If there is a high demand for the product, they should have mentioned it on the product page. 5. Right away I checked my credit card and found out there are 2 separate charges $9.95 and $70.98 ( from marenonline.com) that I do not recognize. However, my total purchase was in the amount of $30.95 as showed on my receipt.
