On 03-08-2026 I ordered some dentures online.  The first time I have ever tried to do anything this way.  On 03-09-2026 $57.33 was drawn from my bank account.  What I received was not what I ordered or need.  It took two weeks to arrive.  I tried to contact the sender which took nine tries (since I have very limited internet skills) only to get an email saying their mailbox was full or receiving too many emails.  So I was not able to contact anyone.  I asked my sister who is very skilled in computers to check this out for me.  She found out this is a scam.  There are others with the same claim.  Apparently, this has been reported before and she advised me to report this to the BBB and my bank.  When I called my local BBB they told me to write a letter explaining my experience to hopefully keep this from happening from somebody else.  

I ordered a mattress topper from Techzoo in Shopify. March 9th . Shopify says my package was delivered and it was not at all . Contact Techzoo they are not responding to my emails. The I checked my Cap one and for the transaction the payment doesn't go to Techzoo or Shopify it goes to a Automotive Supply in London do not think they carry Mattress toppers. I have no package . I believed I got scamed and I am ashamed

As other people have mentioned, this scam comes from multiple phone numbers daily, as much as 8 times a day. The calls come with all different area codes - never the same number twice, but the message is always the same. The call back number is the 877-578-3842. The name left is Erica Smith recently but there have been other names - saying they're with the underwriting team for a loan approval. I have never picked up a call and obviously I'm not calling them back, so I'm not sure what their end game is here - probably wanting to get a social security number and other sensitive information. It's so obnoxious.

Received a phone call from someone stating my son in law had given them my name. He said, didnt he tell you about this? I told him no. I believe it was in regards to insurance. I stated i was not interested. Then i asked my son in law about this and he denies doing any sich thing

I placed an order online with a company I thought was Canada Flowers. Turns out this other company florist.ca -— also going by SP Flowers, is seemingly operating the website, taking flower orders for same day delivery or next day delivery, charging your card, emailing a confirmation and then not delivering them. When calling to their customer service number they said that they tried to call but got voicemail. That the address was in correct or somehow undeliverable. They said they were unable to deliver flowers for whatever reason. I asked which local florist they use they said they were the florist, not the intermediary company. When I asked for their address they refused to provide it. This is not a legitimate company. They charged me and I never got the flowers. This is now in dispute with my bank.

They called and left a message saying: This message is solely intended for. I am calling on behalf of Document Delivery Services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at either your home or your place of employment. We'll be making only two attempts to deliver these documents, which will require a signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action. Serve, which will result in the pending matter to proceed further without your consent. Received email from a Ben Simon stating I would be a giid fit for remote data entry position. Also stated he got my information from Employ Florida

I purchased something from their website and they failed to deliver it after weeks of waiting

Attempt to deliver legal documents at home or place of employment.

They call claiming they are collecting debt and threaten legal action. I have no debt in collection. They are very rude and try to use scare tactics to get money.

They told me that the doll cost is $100 and when I paid that they then turned around and tried to get another $50 from me and when I told them no I want a refund they still tried to get the $50 . They don’t want to refund me my money

It had the same website features the "real" one has. This I didn't know. Received the order number and tracking number. Since if was coming from overseas and the tariff problem was ongoing, I just thought it would take time. I now know to check the email address ,and check BBB.

Got sent an email stating i would be a perfect fit for a purchasing manager role. The email came from someone named lisa miller. Who stated she was the "head manager". I didn't trust the email so i never clicked on any links within the email as instructed to. do so.

A letter arrived in the mail today, April 13, 2026, stating "Final Notice", "Response to this notice is Required". The letter informing me that my home's policy may have expired. Note: I do not have a home warranty policy. I go by my insurance company State Farm. This is a scam that more likely than not will scare unsuspecting recipients, mostly senior citizens. Please post this information to help stop this form of aggressive scamming. thank you

The man on phone claimed to be a law office chohen and levine trying to ask for my mother in law, thwy have been harassing me. Trying to get in contact with her

I placed an order through tik-tok, by pushing on a promoted item. Upon purchasing, it appears it was from a third-party company (Radartwo). The order shows that it was placed and I was provided with tracking; although, that was confusing to confirm as well, because I could not locate that tracking number on UPS or USPS website. Package states it was delivered; however, I never received the item. I have tried emailing several times with no response or attempt to contact me back. Around the same time, my debit card information was hacked and somehow "Meta" platform on Facebook stole about $100 dollars from. May have been connected or not, but definitly seems shady.

Found truck bed masters on facebook/market place, I was looking for a new bed and a couple of doors for my pkup. They said they have them and I could pay thru chime. I paid for the parts and the next day I was contacted by United Postal Courier for the transport services. They said I had to pay $700 for shipping insurance, the next day, they said I needed to pay $1000 for transit permit stamp, and a couple days latter said I need to pay another $500 for shipping costs. When asked if I didn't pay the $500 for shipping, if I would get my money refunded, they said no.

This website, company is pretending to be the real Parke mockneck sweatshirt company. The websites are so similar and I ordered a sweatshirt which was cheaply made and 100 percent polyester. The original ones are 100 percent cotton. I sent an email the moment I got the item and requested a full refund and the way they would like the sweatshirt returned. The website promises full refunds on returns within 14 days. They originally offered me a 15 percent refund to keep the sweatshirt. I declined. Then they asked me to send them pictures of the item I wanted to return. I did that. On Saturday they said they would send me a real one. I declined that offer too. I feel they are never going to give me the refund.

The CSR called with information about my vehicle asking me to give more information to extend my vehicle warranty. When I asked questions, the CSR got very rude, and hung up the phone.

The letter in the mail received from STP looks like an invoice needing to be paid. It says, "Trademark Publication" at the top right corner with Reference Numbers, Application Date, Application Number, Class, and US Class numbers. It says that our company's trademark requires a "Publication Fee" of 1460.00 with 0.00 for "Additional Tax." It continues with, "Please pay the amount, on acceptance within 10 days by check. Please don't forget to quote the reference number . . . " On the bottom left of the invoice, it indicates where to send the check payment and on the bottom right corner, in small font detail, it states that the notice is not an invoice, but that "This is an offer for entry into our database www.stp-registry.com".

I attempted an online purchase from Facebook. Upon investigating and reading reviews and comments, I reached out to the company, per their stated policy on their website, to cancel the order within 24 hours. I have been in constant communication, via email. with this company which is refusing to automatically refund the amount. The amount has gone through on my account. When attempting to contact this company, I automatically receive a warning from McAfee. This is an obvious scam and I will get my money refunded. Thank you.

On Friday 4/10 I received a text message from a person identifying themselves as Genesis Stallings at (412) 452-6053 from Evenia Health Company stating they received my jo application and wanted to proceed. The contact is also the same number listed on their fake web page and unable to get a live voice or leave a message. When i purchased the couch via a tiktok link immediately the purchase cleared my account and several other transactions for different websites tried to go through as well. I blocked my card and ordered a new one. The couch never arrived and the people at the customer service email box were not helpful. The tracking information claims delivery was attempted but its not true. I filed a claim with my bank.

They.called me asking for my dad saying they need a signature for legal accusations and they have “tried” to get a hole of him multiple times (they never called him) and that if he doesn’t respond they will send out the letter to all points of contact and his place of employment to get a manager or supervisor as a 3rd party witness. Then they gave me 2 different numbers to call that’s different than the one they called me on.

I google searched “how to add TSA number to Swiss Air Flight. The search provided a website-https://sites.google.com/view/howtoaddtsaprechecktoswissinte/home This listed customer service number and instructions how to add TSA Pre check numbers to Swiss Air flight. I called the customer service number listed 1-866-564-8331. A person answered and identified himself as Peter. Asked who I was. I gave my name. He asked how could he help. I said I wanted to add my wife's and my TSA Pre Check #’s for an upcoming flight. He asked the booking #. I gave him that info. He found the booking info for the flight, date, time from which airport leaving to airport arriving. Asked for the TSA Pre Check #’s for both and I gave him that info. Then he said he could add both to the flight for $40 each. I questioned that then he said the charge was because the airline bookings were not confirmed but on hold. If I wanted to confirm the flights he could do that for $120 per person. I questioned that and he explained. This charge would confirm the booking because the people who booked the flights did not confirm the bookings but put on a hold. So the $120 person would confirm the booking. He kept asking me to pay and do this now or the airline bookings for us would be cancelled. I told him I needed to call Viking to discuss his information. He wanted me to keep him on the line and call Viking from another phone. I said no to that. I asked for his ID from Swiss Air he said 101P. I asked him to clarify exactly what I needed to tell Viking to solve this issue. He stated “your booking is on hold, not confirmed, if it does not get confirmed in 1 hour the booking will be cancelled or pay $120 per person to confirm the airline booking now. He gave me his direct number so you can call me back to pay to confirm the airlines booking only for $120 for all. Now I said that’s not what you said before. He kept asking me to pay to confirm the airlines booking or it would get cancelled within 1 hour. I told him I was calling Viking to discuss. He offered to call me back in 10-15 minutes. He gave me his direct line again 1-888-370-5125. I told him I was hanging up and calling Viking now. I hung up and called Viking. I explained what happened and they gave me the Swiss Air customer service telephone number. While I was on the phone with Viking. I noticed I had 2 calls from his direct line 1-888-370-5125. Unfortunately I called a different number. So I’m sure It was a scam. Hopefully this website can be removed from all search engines.
