The website promises a quote before service, the technician arrived and insisted that the lock was broken and immediately started to drill it out. Then he demanded a Zelle payment and said there is a surcharge if you use a credit card. The colors were off on the upper. The font on the tongue was the wrong color and the sticker in the shoe showing the serial number was fake, showing a known fraudulent model number. The box serial number did not match the shoes either, new running shoes have serial numbers matching the box, in this case it did not.

They claimed to be two women who started a boutique in Savannah, Georgia. Their site boasted a 30 day money back guarantee and the clothing pieces looked high quality. On top of appearing high quality, they were expensive, but at the time, the boutique claimed to be running a sale. I purchased two jumpsuits for $44/each which was a significant mark down from the original price tag. Little to my knowledge, the clothing would not arrive to me for 1.5 months as they were shipped from a warehouse in China and NOT a boutique in Georgia. When I received the clothes, they were cheaply made. I tried them on and they did not fit properly. When I emailed to ask for a return, I was informed that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY the international return shipping fee and that I’d only get a full refund IF the product made it back to the warehouse and was processed there. My other option was to be given a PARTIAL REFUND of 15% of my purchase. Clearly, they do not honor a 30 day money back guarantee as their site suggests. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE

Counterfeit Product - Online Retailer Scam

I watched the video which looked SO REAL. I ordered the 6 bottle set for $294. The money left my account almost immediately, less than 24hrs. I am a waitress & don’t have much money. It was stupid on my part to spend the money & believe something so easy. I learned a big lesson, but, I would LOVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING.
