I am filing this complaint regarding the way I was treated when applying for and using this company’s credit card. When I signed up for the credit card, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase an additional program for $125 that I had no interest in. I was told that I could not activate my credit card without first speaking with a representative regarding this program. I felt pressured into participating in something I did not want simply to be able to access the credit card I had applied for. I ultimately used the credit card for approximately one month. The card then stopped working. After numerous attempts to get assistance, I was finally able to speak with a representative and was told that the card would no longer work because the company had shut down. At this point, I feel that I was misled into obtaining this credit card. I was charged an annual fee and a processing fee for a card that was only usable for approximately one month and was then discontinued because the company shut down. I was also pressured regarding an additional $125 program that I did not want in the first place. I believe consumers should be given clear and accurate information about what they are signing up for, particularly when fees are involved. I would not have agreed to these charges had I understood that the card could become unusable shortly afterward. I am requesting that the company review my account and refund the $125 program charge, the annual fee, and the processing fee. I also request that any negative or inaccurate information resulting from this situation be corrected with the credit reporting agencies. I would appreciate a written response explaining how this happened and what the company is willing to do to resolve the matter.

We quickly returned all 3 within their website return policies with tags attached and never worn and in same bags they came in. Once the company received our order they sent a denial for return on 1 of the 3 dresses claiming that the scarf on one was ripped. It was not ripped when we returned it. They were never worn. The company is keeping $93 dollars claiming we returned it damaged which is untrue. I spent $224 in total for dresses that were never worn and returned quickly. The response to that, has been extremely strange, very much like they were baiting me for a reply. Peter then called me, claiming to be unaware of the situation, even though the messages came directly from his account. They are scamming people on LinkedIn acting as potential clients, I just noticed the red flags sooner than most and I think you should look into them.

The reason for my calls today is to verify the address we have on file, as we are preparing to file documentation on your case, our department has made several attempts to get in contact with you via mail and also phone calls, both of which were unsuccessful, our client has flagged you as evasive and noncompliant. In order to avoid further penalty, please contact us immediately at 409-761-7631. They stated this was for a Check N Go account that was never paid. Check N Go has been out of VA since 2011-2012 I believe. They stated that the loan was taken out in 2015 which is impossible. This debt was added into my bankruptcy. I received a call 2 days prior from a company named Bridgeway inquiring about the same debt and trying to collect on it as well. I asked if they were affiliated with them and "Ryan" stated they were not. I asked for him to send me a debt validation letter and he responded that they have sent several and also tried to call several times and they last spoke to me in February which they did not. I told him that I was not accepting this debt as another company was trying to collect as well. He then got angry and stated that they would send this back to the client for them to take the next steps in the county that I am currently in. Online Purchase - AUTO PARTS SCAM

I was online shopping for Transmision. I came across our website that says Horizonautostore.com. Next thing you know I called I had somebody call me back on named Mr. Smith. He kept sending me photos of transmissions that he has them. He has them he even talked about warranty with them then when it came to, I went to purchase he sent me through like a godaddy.com website and then I waited for the product never came giving me excuses. I started asking him for the train for the tracking and he started making more excuses and then all of a sudden got no answer. No pick up no calls basically took me for $2026.
