Online Purchase - Bentgochillbox.com (pretending to be Bentgo.com)

I thought I was shopping from Bentgo.com (a website with lunchboxes for adults and children) but I was instead at bentgochillbox.com. I was ordering from a mobile web browser and the website seemed legitimate. (I later looked at this website on a desktop and it is obviously unprofessional in appearance.) I placed an order but it seemed to get stuck at a strange Visa verification screen. It eventually said Order Received, gave me an order number, and said I paid through Stripe. I never got email verification of the purchase, and it never showed a charge on my card, so I emailed their support page and never got a response. Another weird thing happened right after I "made the purchase"--in my email I got notice from my credit card company that I had just added my credit card to an Apple Pay Wallet. This was a red flag to me as I don't have an apple pay wallet. I waited over the weekend just to see if it was a glitch but it wasn't. When I called the customer support at the legitimate Bentgo.com (where I thought I had placed my order) they informed me that I had likely been scammed and asked me the website I ordered from. That is when I saw that I had ordered from Bentgochillbox.com instead of Bentgo.com. After that I locked my credit card and called the credit card company. They were able to confirm that someone had added my card to their Apple Pay wallet. Thankfully no fraudulent charges had been made yet. I have cancelled my card. Another thing of note is that the support phone number listed on the phony website goes to someone's personal voicemail instead of a legitimate company. Another major red flag. I never talked to an actual person there, just heard the voicemail message.

Stating they needed to contact me immediately to sign for documents. They stated they are set to serve papers at my address on Spence Gate Circle later today. Mark Carver told my sister-in-law he couldn't access my home b/c he couldn't get in the gate (I don't have a gate). They threatened that the law firm may proceed without me on a legal matter if they don't reach me. When My ex-husband called the number to inquire, they asked for my social security number in order to obtain permission to speak with him on my behalf. Additionally, they did not spell or say my last name remotely correctly.

This site has repeatedly denied me the right to return for a full refund despite their money back guarantee. I have issued a dispute with my bank. I am declining both the 30% partial refund and the store voucher. I have repeatedly requested to return this merchandise for a refund, beginning on August 13, and I remain willing to return the merchandise in accordance with the return policy published on your website. Your published policy states that customers may return an order within 30 days of delivery, that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, that there is no restocking fee, and that once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Placed an online order for GLP 1 meds on August 13th. I was approved and it was sent to a "Pharmacy". It is now August 24th and it is still sitting at the "pharmacy". This company has had numerous complaints all about the same issue I am now having. They take your money and do not deliver the medication, and you can't get a hold of anyone because they conveniently do not have a customer service phone number. They reply back with same messages with instructions on how to take meds and dance around the issues you're asking or addressing with them. I have told them I want to cancel the order and no longer want the meds and want my full amount back I paid them which was $489.00. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the charges. I would RUN away from this company. They are a scam entirely and frauds. I don't know why this company hasn't been investigated and shut down. The same thing has happened to numerous people with exact same issues.

I placed an order with Curve & Bloom on August 1, 2026. The order was needed for a specific occasion, but it arrived after the date I needed it. Because it arrived late, I did not open the package or use the merchandise. I contacted Curve & Bloom within its advertised 30-day return period and requested to return the unopened order for a full refund. The company's website advertised a 30-day return policy, and I reviewed the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy available on its website. I did not find language clearly stating that customers would be responsible for international return shipping costs. During my correspondence with Curve & Bloom, I was informed that I could return the merchandise for a full refund but would be responsible for shipping it to the return address provided by the company. I questioned this requirement and specifically asked Curve & Bloom to identify the section of its published policy stating that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Rather than providing the specific policy language I requested, Curve & Bloom repeatedly proposed partial-refund alternatives that would allow me to keep the merchandise. Most recently, the company offered a 50% refund as a "final resolution" and warned that if I disputed the transaction through my bank or card issuer, the review could take 30–60 days, the outcome would not be guaranteed, and the company might no longer be able to issue a refund if the bank ruled in its favor. I declined the partial-refund resolution because I am not seeking to keep the merchandise. The package remains unopened, and I requested the return within the company's stated return period. Curve & Bloom subsequently advised me that my case would be escalated to its Dispute Resolution Support Team and that I would receive further communication within 24–48 hours. I have continued attempting to resolve this matter directly with the company. My concern is not that Curve & Bloom has refused to accept a return altogether. My concern is that I am being required to incur return-shipping expenses that I have been unable to locate as a clearly disclosed requirement in the policies presented to me, despite specifically asking the company to identify where that requirement was disclosed. I am requesting that Curve & Bloom honor its advertised return/refund policy by providing a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise covering the return shipping cost and, upon return of the unopened merchandise, issuing a full refund to my original payment method. I have retained documentation supporting my complaint, including my order information, copies/screenshots of the applicable policies, and my email correspondence with Curve & Bloom regarding the return, partial-refund offers, return-shipping requirement, and escalation.

I read on Newsbreak that Peacock customers were getting a price increase. Googled phone number to see if my account was going to increase and got in touch with this shoun parker - 833-580-0577, and they indicated having two Peacock accounts. I let him know I had one for $10.99 and that Peacock owes me over $500. Attempted to go through many different vendors, Amazon, Target, to give refund. When those attempts didn't work, he advised that I would have to go to Dollar General to purchase gift cards to make a payment on my credit card. Made purchase and gave him numbers, made purchase on credit card and let them know of my scam. Filed a dispute with Capital One for $850. Opened case with Apple, since it was a gift card.
