I ordered "luxury towels" from a company online called Onuia. After paying $553.59 to this company, I received a set of thinly made, cheap towels from China. After contacting the company about the quality of their towels they told me to wash them and try them before wanting to return them. If I wasnt satisfied then they could issue me a partial refund or that id have to pay for shipping to send them back to thw company. I explained in their return policy that if I wash them it voids their 30 day return policy. They then emailed back saying no it wouldnt even though it clearly states otherwise. This company is selling CHEAPLY MADE thin towels from a Chinese factory at outrageous prices and passing them off as luxury scamming people out of large amts of money.

Provided a secondary tracking number which was also incorrect Claims the tracking numbers belong to USPS USPS local never was in possession of merchandise Merchant continued daily argument items were received Filed claim with PayPal. They received same argument from merchant and closed case without. I paid shipping insurance for this transaction Merchant says my claim is with shipper, but provides no assistance in filing claim Merchant list, BBB accredited, now I find this is an accurate.

On 6/3/2026 I made the mistake of ordering 2 32 terabyte solid state drives that purported to have 4000 megabits per second speed. when I saw the cables were usb a I was skeptical but I plugged one into my computer. File explorer did show a 32 tb capacity but I was not able to test for that. I found that the transfer rate was only 30mbs rather than the 4000mbs advertised. At that rate it would take almost 100 days to transfer 32tb so I couldn't check the capacity. At this point I emailed them complaining about the slow transfer rate. They offered to refund a third of the purchase price which I accepted. Then I tried copying a small amount of data. After several hours when it finished, i found it had only created some empty folders containing no data. I got similar results with the other one. So I emailed them offering to return the drives for a full refund. They didn't want them back and offered me a 50% refund or a credit to buy more of their junk on their web site. I emailed them back demanding a full refund and never heard from them again. Today (8/31/2026) I was watching something on You Tube and was horrified to see that they are still advertising this defective garbage. I would like to see them shut down but since they are from some Asian country (????????????) it's not going to happen. I am submitting this in the hope that others won't get scammed like I did.

Applied for a remote job through Indeed with what I thought was Winter Environmental but now I realize was not. Hiring manager sent me a conditional offer by email without ever talking to me. In retrospect I should have realized the compensation offered was not realistic, it was almost double what most companies offer for the same type of job. Supposedly their name was Jose Jackson. I had more questions before accepting this conditional offer so I attempted to email Jose. No response so far so I began to look more closely at everything he sent and then I noticed his email address was @winter-environmentals.com (plural) instead of winter-environmental.com. Otherwise everything looked exactly like Winter Environmental's legit logo, etc. Also the lack of a phone number for Jose or any attempt by them to interview by phone was very fishy. Thankfully I did not take the bait any further.

SheCurve advertised their store on Facebook. They advertise womens intimates: bras, underwear, shapewear, and the like. I clicked on their link and followed to their website. They were having a sale. On facebook, they advertised to be an American company. I made a purchase of 2 bras on May 31, 2026. I received email confirmation and a tracking number. After waiting a couple of weeks, I followed the tracking number and discovered it was a company from China. After a few weeks I started contacting their customer service. They are only available through chat and email. There is no phone number. I have been given the run around for 3 months now. Promises of the package being on its way, and then promises of a refund after I confronted them with tracking info showing the package was still in China. After googling the company name, I found that it is a big scam. Today I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. My bank gave me a refund and is investigating my dispute.

Hired these guys to move my house for me, no show, no call, screened my calls all day. Finally called me after I got the troopers involved, offered a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund so I reached out again to be told that my money would not be returned and then proceeded to threaten my life. Having to take them to court. Made a Facebook post and had over a dozen people reach out telling me they did the same thing and owe people thousands of dollars and even went as far as stealing peoples irreplaceable items and never coming back to finish the jobs. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
