The images move around the room such as fish swimming underwater, so realistic the children reach out to touch them etc. Total charge for product was $96.58 and they added aTIP of $7.66. The product is crap! A literal piece of crap! It equates to a stationary black and white night light! They offered me 10% refund and final offer 20% refund and refuse to give me a return method or return process. They need to be shut down for FALSE ADVERTISING! When I confronted company they said they dont issue refunds but would get me another stylist and try again. I received 2nd box which contained items I didnt ask for like a $350 sport coat (specifically asked them to not send that. Their calls are all recorded). The rest of the box again was filled with cheap looking clearance type clothing. Again I asked for a refund and they denied it, instead offering store credit to purchase clothes off their online rack store. First of all, that is not what i signed up for, second, they items on the website look nothing like wjat they advertised to me when I made original purchase. On 9-9-26, I received an incoming phone call from what appeared to be Wells Fargo. The caller ID displayed the same 1-800 number listed on Wells Fargo's official website, which is why I did not question the legitimacy of the call. The caller informed me that fraud had been detected on my account and offered to walk me through the steps to secure it. During the call, I was asked to provide a one-time verification code. That verification code arrived via the same Wells Fargo SMS message thread I normally receive legitimate account updates and alerts from, which further convinced me the request was authentic. After I provided the code, I believe the caller gained unauthorized access to my online banking. Shortly thereafter, I discovered unauthorized transfers had been made from my account: Funds were moved to Cash App Funds were then sent to an unknown debit card As a result, $3000.00 was removed from my account without my authorization. I did not authorize any person to access my online banking, initiate transfers to Cash App, or send funds to a third-party debit card. I am requesting a full fraud investigation and reimbursement of the unauthorized transactions.

The caller instructed me to contact 888-499-2042regarding File #470596.I called the 888 number and spoke with a woman who asked for my file number. After providing it, she already had a significant amount of my personal information, including my address, date of birth, and other identifying information. She told me this concerned an old BankFirst account and claimed that I owed $1,814.76.I explained that I am currently using JG Wentworth for debt consolidation and that I did not understand why this alleged debt would not have appeared when my debts were reviewed. She told me that there had been some type of law or change during COVID that caused this credit card debt to be removed from my background or credit history, which was supposedly why JG Wentworth did not see it during the debt consolidation process.The entire situation seemed unusual, so I told her I would not proceed without written documentation. I was then sent documents through a Dropbox email/link.After carefully reviewing the documents, I realized that the account they were attempting to collect was an account that I had already paid in full approximately three years earlier. I have documentation showing that the account was paid and completed.I became even more concerned because I was told that I had approximately two days to accept/pay the settlement or they would proceed against me in civil court. The combination of the extremely short deadline, threat of legal action, unusual explanation involving COVID, and delivery of the documents through Dropbox raised serious concerns for me.I called the 888 number back and spoke with a woman named Melissa. She provided me with what she described as her direct number, 213-732-2570. I confronted her about the fact that the account had already been paid and told her I believed the collection attempt was fraudulent. I also emailed the administrative email address they had provided and supplied documentation showing that this was not an active unpaid account.I am filing this complaint because I am extremely concerned that consumers may be targeted using information about old debts that have already been resolved. The callers had enough of my personal information to make the claim initially appear credible. The explanation involving COVID also appeared designed to explain why the alleged debt might not appear during a debt consolidation or credit review.I am particularly concerned about consumers who are currently enrolled in debt consolidation programs and may be more likely to believe that an old account was somehow overlooked.I am also reviewing a previous collection matter that I paid approximately three years ago because I now have concerns about whether I may have experienced a similar situation at that time. They replied that they would cancel my "subscription", but since the order was already being processed, they would not cancel it. When I tried contacting business by phone I got voice for a couple of seconds and the line disconnected and the business started texting me. We went back and forth and the business wanted a deposit as stated on the website using Zelle. I sent a payment of $500.00 to the requested recipient and it seemed to go through.  However, in the next text the person with the business wanted me to use a different recipient that he said would be better. I canceled the first transaction and sent it to the other and then was told to wait. When it came time for next payment, I was given yet another recipient and tried to Zelle money there. The payment was blocked by Chase fraud dept. saying that contact was 1 day old and asked if I had met the person face to face. I said no and they blocked the transaction. After this, the business told me to use the original Zelle account, again I was contacted by Chase fraud dept. telling me that account was only 6 months old and had no other transactions like mine on it. I canceled that transaction. Things got tense when I asked for a physical address and I said that I would just come give him cash and pick up the order.  He would not speak to me on the phone or do a video call. Thanks to Chase, I only lost $500.00 and the business has not answered any texts since.

I paid Leroy McQueen for a job that was supposed to be done under permit. He went inside did a half job, put the wrong parts in my business, and didnt do permits. He is now not answering for weeks, and has held me up for 4 months on opening my business. When I spoke to him he was laughinh and asking me for more money and also was being very unprofessional in usinh ceryian language in speaking to me. He also had some woman calling me after 3 months of tryinh yo figure things out asking me for money and pretending she was gettinh information for permit which was given to him since june, which ended with her also asking me for money. I was trying to get my phone unlocked from my carrier to switch to a new carrier. I was told by a customer service member when I called MetroPCS that they couldnt unlock my phone but that this website expressunlocks.com could. I went to the website and they said their service would cost 24.99. I paid that and then after a few minutes they notified me that my phone was eligible to be unlocked but i had to pay another $55.99 to unlock my phone and the 24.99 was an eligiblity check.. I paid the extra 55.99 and waited for 8hours and they sent me unlock codes that my phone couldnt accept. They said that they could give me credit towards another type of unlock service they provided since that one doesnt work but that i would have to pay more.. I asked them if u had my IMEI number and my carrier and checked for my Eligibility wouldnt u know whether or not this would work and i want my money back.. the chat support went silent and they havent responded to me at all. I looked for an email on their website and the only email listed is one that says for prior to service questions only. I went online to look for a phone number and they gave me the phone number 8324297415.. i called that number for 3 days and finally someone answered and said that this wasnt express unlocks this was John and to file a BBB report because he gets calls like this all the time and the "service/website" is a scam. I also called MetroPCS back and asked them why they would refer me there and they took a whole statement and gave me $20 credit because there employees are not supposed to do that.
