I Googled it to see if it was a legit company and that's how I found out that it was flagged on the BBB scam tracker. I called my card and was able to stop the payment. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE , THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I made the mistake of ordering button-down shirts, pants and a pair of shoes from them... When my items arrived the buttoned down shirts (one advertised as 100% cotton, the other advertised is linen) were made from polyester. I ordered two pairs of pants using their sizing scale and they both arrived two sizes too small and the items had no fabric labeling. I ordered one pair of shoes advertised as orthopedic and they arrived completely unlabeled; No material description product labeling or sizing label, and they had ZERO orthopedic support; not even a basic cushioned insole. Very cheap looking generic shoes. I also ordered the shoes using their sizing scale and the ones sent were a much smaller size. Not a single item I ordered matched the description on their website. After emailing the company and providing photo evidence of the fraudulent items, the companies solution was to ask me to return the items for a hefty shipping charge. The answering machine message connected to the number on their website and the responses you get through email are distracting deception cloaked in polite rhetoric. FRAUDULENT

Item was a bee hotel said to be handmade by a craftsman in Brevard, NC. The website states that glass-smooth chambers are critical for a bee's safety. The chambers were rough and splintered. It will require careful sanding to make it usable. When I complained to Craftfolk, they told me I could return it to an address in Hong Kong! Their website gives a different address in China. For something handmade in NC, this doesn’t sound right. I have written them several times, but I’m not going to go to the expense of sending it back. I have taken this up with my credit card company.

This Uktrendzone company is currently selling a Comauo Ocean & Galaxy Projector with their advertisement showing their projector will project lively moving under ocean scenes on entire ceiling and surrounding walls. But the projector I received only project a very small circle lights on the ceiling with a non-moving image of some kind creature that I cannot recognize. This company doesn’t provide any contact address nor phone numbers on its website, but it does provide two email addresses “ uktrendzone.com” and "[email protected]" for contact. When I sent several emails to that email address to request refund, all my emails were returned, stating they were unable to deliver my messages. This company apparently is dishonest and cheats consumers with no way of contact for service of return/exchange. Stuck with a terrible product that is unusable.

They also claim “100% money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied “. I purchased two cotton dresses and got very cheap synthetic fabric that looked nothing like the website picture. I emailed them to return the dresses and they responded that it wasn’t a valid reason to return them. After a few emails back and forth they admitted that they came from China and they won’t take them back. They are a fraudulent company in China pretending to be a FL store and scamming people with cheap clothing and refusing returns.

After completing the order, I decided to check and found that Bill Gates had nothing to do with the product. I decided to ask for a refund. It was quite difficult. They had a "dedicated Customer Advance Support Portal" at https://supportmyvitality.com which I tried initially. The AI responding said she'd make sure someone got in touch. Nothing happened. Then I called 323-286-4982. I did get instructions after several offers to let me keep the product at a reduced price. I had to mail it back and email them with the tracking number. I did this and got verification of delivery. That was on 7/20 and there has been no refund.

Although I had made the offer of just finishing the driveway without returning the motorcycle equaling the $15,000 for a complete job. He also said he’d return to seal the pavement in 3 months and it’s written on the updated paperwork. However the keys to the Harley motorcycle ( to this day) has not been returned despite promises from Ben. Again this company is not affiliated with the VA. company.

I was on Etsy website...then became Amazon and listed was the item i was interested in from SP CraftFOLK. I thought this was an Etsy site, (hijacked?). I trust Amazon and Etsy and believed i was ordering from them. Due to health issues, i was not able to jump on this. Today is July 29, 2026. Payment was made on July 8 with a amazon - CHASE - visa . I have been trying on and off to report this, but figured it out today.

When i got the job application from INDEED, i filled out an application. For 4 days i kept getting texts from this number 831-531-9171 and through via text to go on a site called Hire4now.com to set up an interview. They sent an email from [email protected] by a guy named James Roberts. I set up the interview through this link and registered. The link was https://event.webinarjam.com/t/click/13qzl9byi8nf36arruq3bxcr from the email. Once i set it up, i got another email to confirm, and i had to click on the same link again, to "acknowledge " the interview today 7/29/2026 at 2:15pm. An hour before the interview i did some research and it was a complete scam from indeed. I thankfully didnt give out my personal information (social security). Just my email and phone number with my name. I didnt attend to the interview because of my extended research on the supposed company. Based on the research, you are a recruiter and you do not get paid a dime. The photo i provided in the number that contacted me. If you need more information, i can send screenshots of the emails
