Then the tracking number showed the products were delivered and they were not delivered. I cannot get in touch with them and currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Although ****** has refunded my purchase, I am submitting this complaint because of my experience with Yanwen Express and the handling of my shipment. My package was first marked as “Delivered to Front Door” and then, minutes later, updated to state that delivery had failed and the package was returned to the warehouse. I never received the package. My Ring doorbell camera footage from the time of the alleged delivery shows that no delivery driver or package arrived at my home. Over the following days, I contacted Yanwen multiple times and received conflicting updates, including that the package would be redelivered, was out for delivery, was being sorted, and was awaiting assignment to a driver. Despite these repeated assurances, the package was never delivered, and I was unable to obtain a clear explanation of its location or status. While I appreciate that ****** refunded my order, I believe Yanwen’s handling of this shipment and its customer service warrant review so that other consumers do not experience the same issues.

After working a full week (6 business days or roughly 25 phone hours) and setting close to 25 appointments with either the owner of dealership or decision maker, I was never given any disposition about any of the appointments made, despite asking for them continuously throughout the process and were never provided.
