received mailing stating it was an important matter about their home that was secured by a PRIVATE LENDER. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days. Had a property code 8876445440. A fake check looking document for allocated waiver was attached for $199.00. Wanted her to call 1-888-540-8428. No name or address on the letter. post office code was permit no. 1535. This seems to be from Boca Raton, FL.
