This company advertised itself as a U.S. company manufacturing sustainable products. I bought a pair of shoes that when they arrived (from China) they smelled toxi, were so flimsy they were barely held together adn were not at all what was advertised. I immediately sought a return. To do so, I had to email the company which first offered me store credit, then partial store credit, then reluctantly said I could fully return them but I had to ship them back to their warehouse in China and pay for the shipping myself. They neglected to provide a shipping address. When pressed, they did, but DHL didn’t recognize the zipcode or other details of the address. When I researched further, it seems this “warehouse address” is one that’s been used in other scams: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, diagonally opposite the South Gate of Lubao Technology, Yinzhou District City: Lingbo Postal code: 315100 Province: Zhejiang Country: China
