We purchased what we thought were translator ear buds and a charger and a warranty. When we received the product, we were instructed to sign on to a app to link our phone to the product, we could not locate app by the name listed on the product instructions that seemed to fit the product. Unfortunately, we did not keep the name of the two different apps they instructed us to use. When we called and said we were returning the product, they keep upping it when eventually they said keep the product and they would reverse the charges. At that time, we were able to see the reversed charges on our credit card. However, the next day the reversed charges were removed. We then submitted dispute charges to our credit card company, and we returned the complete product to the Elizabeht, NJ address through the USPS. Just as told them we were planning to do, as we had no use for their product. We have received the funds back, but we will continue to monitor our card throughout the year. The person we spoke to at the time, appeared to have an accent, possibly eastern Indian or Hispanic.
