I received letter in mail, addressed to my LLC. It lists my LLC and the UBI #. The letter states it's time to file your Annual Report. If not done by June 30, 2025 it will be administratively dissolved or revoked. States scan a QR Code to File. I did not scan the code. Web site listed is Busfile.org/VA2025 It states all Virginia LLCs must file annual report each calendar year in order to remain compliant with Virginia Law.
