I am writing to report potentially fraudulent experience with bestticketfare.com. On May 24, 2025, I booked one airline ticket for my sister and received a booking confirmation. I received a phone call informing me that the purchased ticket was essentially unusable (standby, no baggage, no online check-in, no seat choice). The reservation person said that she cannot send me the e-ticket until 24 hours prior to the flight which may be or not on the dates requested and charged for. They aggressively attempt to upsell to a significantly more expensive "guaranteed" ticket with standard amenities, under the false pretense that cancelling would result in the loss of my initial payment. I believe bestticketfare.com engages in bait-and-switch tactics and preys on customers through fear. I eventually obtained a reservation, but from a different city. My sister will also have to pay for her bag. This was the worst experience I have ever had regarding purchase of an airline ticket. This company needs to be held responsible for there despicable practices.
