I ordered a dress from this website and was extremely disappointed. The dress arrived crammed into a tiny cardboard box, was of very poor quality, and didn’t fit—the size was completely wrong. I requested a refund and was told to return the item to their warehouse in either China or Australia. Despite explaining the quality issues, the company refused to cover the return shipping costs, and I had to pay an additional $40 out of pocket. The return package was confirmed delivered via tracking. However, once the item was received, all communication from Leona, the customer service representative I had been corresponding with, abruptly stopped. I’ve received no refund and no further replies to my emails. This company is incredibly dishonest—avoid at all costs! Total scam.
