Tried to get my money back and they kept telling me they would give me 10% of my order and I could keep the crappy product ($9.00). They told me it would cost me more to return it than to take the 10% back offer-even though on the website there is a 100% money back guarantee-which I pointed out to them. I kept getting the exact same email message back about the 10% refund.
