On August 9, 2024 I made a purchase from the website rawstarwars. com after a few months my items have never shipped. I reached out to the company and the owner ( Richard ) assured me that my order was ready to go except for two figures that were on pre-order. He stated in an e-mail that I could cancel those two figures and receive store credit and that the rest of the items would be shipped. I agreed to this and awaited a shipping confirmation number. After a few days nothing, I emailed him again asking for a status and nothing. I sent multiple emails asking where my items were at and why have they not shipped. Nothing no reply. My last e-mail stated I would be seeking help from the BBB since this was a rather large purchase and I would also seek legal council. An again nothing. This company is still up and running and this individual is still taking people's money via online sales and services. I tried reaching out to PayPal and they said that since the purchase is over 90 days old that they can do nothing. So I am now turning to the BBB to help. At this point I still would like my items provided that I receive a tracking number, if not a full refund to me would be acceptable as well.
