I ordered a couple products and a USPS tracking label was issued and has been stuck in a pre-shipment status since April 28, 2025. I have inquired about the product 4x since May 8, 2025 and have received rate our product emails and claims of them confirming it was delivered. When provided screenshots of the stuck status it was alleged they would look into it only to follow up with a rate our order email. And false claims of directing it to the proper department. Also, the phone number listed only plays music and then a recorded message stating the calls is past their business hours and leave a message. It is 9am west coast time and they are in the east coast which would put them at 12 noon. Their business hours are not listed. I just want my money back and am very frustrated with the runaround.
