I have gotten several calls from different numbers and areas. The one I listed is the most recent one. I don't answer so they leave a message: Elected for the IRS fresh start program designed to reduce or even eliminate your text debt press two now to speak with a case advisor and confirm your prequalification with talk of recession and new Terrace administration is helping families and business owners get real tax relief you're eligible for significant savings press two now or call 833-704-0449 to decline. (I copied the voicemail exactly as it is in my phone.)
