Malibu Boutique put a post on Facebook claiming two sisters owned the boutique and were devastated by the Los Angeles fires and forced to close their business. When the two pair of sandals I ordered were delivered the quality was cheap, not as the photo, took weeks to arrive. I started to communicate via email,(no phone number) and they asked me to gift them to friends because they don’t give refunds, only credit towards another order. There is no way to return the items without another $10.00 charge.
