I placed an order for clothing on March 3rd for 4 items for a total of $424.80 and received 1 of the 4 items. They have emailed me separately for the other 3 items telling me I need to pick out another item because what I have ordered is out of stock, which I do not want to do and have asked for a refund repeatedly which they respond with "Dear customer, OY55986 The refund can only be processed after 6 months. If you are willing to wait, we will register it for you. If you are not willing to wait this long, we can only process an exchange for you and resend a new item. Thank you for you understanding . Yours, Zoe I've asked in several different emails for a refund which they will not give me, totally unacceptable when they could not fulfill my order. Also, please note in the telephone number area of this form I could not put the complete number as it is in China. It is 86 18770250291.
