Description
When I received the order, I immediately emailed them asking for a refund. The “quilt” I received was touted to be hand-stitched or embroidered but in fact is a very low resolution image of the quilt printed on a single piece of fabric. The larger the quilt (i.e. king), the less definition. The “quilt” is paper-thin and not what we expected. Their response was to ask for verification of their shipping it to me and pictures or videos so they could check with their manufacturer. Their next email “reported the issue to our specialized department”. Their next email was giving me options on how to resolve the issue - NONE of which were acceptable to me (30% discount or ship the “quilt” at my expense to China for a full refund minus shipping and handling). I emailed them declining their offer. I then demanded a full refund and stated more or less they are scamming customers. Per their website, they can be contacted iat 5335 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20015
