I purchased a subscription to the WalkFit app for 3 months for $25.99, they charged me and it came out of my account. They emailed me to thank me for the purchase and to download the app and login, so I downloaded the app, but when I tried to login it said my email was invalid and I didn’t have an account. It also didn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions list as it was supposed to so I couldn’t cancel from there. When I attempted to make a new login it tried to make me choose a new subscription at a higher price to be able to login! So I wrote to them to rectify the situation and make it so I could login; instead they quickly emailed me back (within 10 minutes) saying “We are sorry to see you go! We have cancelled your subscription, you will not receive any further charges and there is a refund pending on your account, it should arrive in your bank within 5-10 business days.” This just happened tonight so I am yet to find out if I will actually get my money back or not, but I just wanted to be able to actually USE the app I paid to use, and this is how they respond. All of it and how it is hidden even after payment screams scam to me. I only wish I had seen other bad reviews and people calling it a scam before I had purchased it. I only hope my review saves others from the same issues I had.
