On 2/28/2025 I ordered the "Nursing School Notes Success" book (this item is no longer on their website) on the kiwient.com website using my debit card. I never received a confirmation email of my purchase. On 3/2//2025 I received an email stating my order was shipped. It stated to track my shipment to see the delivery status. I click on the "view order details" link and it takes me to the same website I ordered from with seemingly tracking information. Over the next few weeks I would occasionally check on my order through this same link. One of the tracking stated my item had reached Ga and was at the "Atlanta Ga Distribution Center on 2025-03-20 23:57". After some time I started to become concerned so I looked up their refund/return policy that stated you have to request a refund in writing 30 days from the purchase date (not ship date). On 3/27/2025 I checked the tracking information which stated it was still "In Transit to Next Facility 2025-03-25 00:00". On 3/28/2025 I sent an email inquiring about my item that I had not received it but quickly sent another email requesting a full refund. On 4/1/2025 I received an email stating my order has been delivered. I checked the tracking information and it had completely changed. Now it was stating my item arrived at the "Atlanta GA Distribution Center on 2025-03-17 10:58" and that my "Shipment" had been delivered "2025-03-19 11:17". On 4/03/2025 I wrote another email demanding a full refund within 24 hours or I would report their business. I received a email response on 4/07/2025 stating they were sorry my order was sent to the wrong address and asked if I wanted them to resend it or refund. I replied a refund. Awaiting to see if I will received my refund in the next day or two before reporting fraud to my bank.
