RCA Software Systems Corp participated in a job fair and indicated that they had a number of full time Inventory Dispersal and Business Services Specialists roles. When selected candidates arrived at the purported RCA address they were led to a large storage locker, led to believe they had been hired and asked to complete a W4 form which collected name, address, date of birth and social security number. The RCA representative identified himself as Dr. D. Garfield Davis, PhD and Co Board Chairman and described the role he was actually looking for the individuals to fulfill which was selling tickets for a scam raffle.
