I saw an add for Forrest Folk remineralizing gum on Facebook. I ordered two boxes, as the ad was promoting a buy one get one free deal with free shipping. The order was placed on March 13 and finally arrived on April 3. The package came unmarked from a Jane Chen in NJ with the ZIP code 07004. The postage label said it was mailed from 11413, which is in NY. Inside were two boxes of gum wrapped in cellophane and a thank you card from Forrest Folk (supposedly from George Rizos). The mint gum was labeled "KOZED UNDERBRUSH REMINERALIZING GUM". The side of the carton said "Manufactured for: GUANGDONG JIN JIN FOOD TECHNOLOGYCO., LTD." The cinnamon gum was labeled "WEBLINK UNDERBRUSH REMINERALIZING GUM". The side of that carton read "Manufacturer: Chaozhou Pinzhi Nanfang Food Co., Ltd." Basically, these are counterfeit versions of Nathan & Sons Underbrush gum.
