Sold me counterfeit skinceuticals Product. They kept claiming it was real and I confirmed with skinceuticals that it was not their product. I didn’t realize it was fake until I opened it and saw the color was completely different and product smelled different. Finally, skinmedix kept responded saying that it can’t be returned if opened, so I insisted it was used once and it’s not safe to use bc it’s a fake product. They kept ignoring me and finally send a link for returns, but again said it can only be returned if not opened. So I reached out again and they claimed they sent a return link, but the return link again said no refund unless product is not opened. I was going to return regardless, but by then the link wouldn’t work bc at this point the expiration date wouldnt allow it. They have not once admitted fault and not once said they will refund my money even if it’s been opened. So, now I have a full bottle of counterfeit product I can’t use and have lost $78 plus tax.
