USA LLC filing services offers items in there build package that are not made clear to be an annual charge at an extremely high expense. They also do not have enough tech help to be able to answer phones or emails in a timely matter. This leads to avoidable errors that were made we’ll setting up my LLC and leave me to wonder if the job I made for was actually completed. Now I’ve got to go and work with the state to see if the LLC was set up and to make changes that should have never happened. Would not recommend this service to other people and is going to be very expensive and time consuming to fix .
