BBB received telephone call and email from an accredited business claiming they received an email from Xavier Brown a dispute consultant from the BBB regarding a complaint. Akron BBB confirmed with the AB that this was a fake, phishing email and to not respond, mark as spam. BBB got permission to post scam tracker report on behalf of AB.
