Hi I saw an ad for a shampoo on facebook from the company valara beauty in Dec and I purchased the shampoo conditioner bundle for 19.99 However they charged me an extra 14.99 for an extra bottle which I didn’t add to my order .i waited for afew weeks and I still didn’t recieve the package so I emailed them and they said that the package is on the way delayed due to the holiday .after a month I asked them to refund me the money bk since I was sure this was a scam for which they only refunded me the 14.99 but not the 19.99 and they had agreed to refund me the whole amount Now I check my statement and I see that they have been charging me 29.99 each month since Dec for a subscription service that I never ever signed up for I have emailed them and all they say is we cancel ur subscription but I never subscribed for anything so why charge me 29.99$ for three months .march is still pending . This is so aggravating because now I see on Facebook that there are so many others who have been scammed by this company Please help me get my refund or atkeast shut down this **** company ****** *****
