Complaint Against Vintage Outsourcing – Wage Theft & Employment Scam I am filing this complaint against Vintage Outsourcing, a company that claimed to be based in Philadelphia, PA. They offered me a remote customer service position, but after working for nearly a month, they refused to pay me and scammed me out of my money. I was introduced to Vintage Outsourcing by a person I met on PeoplePerHour, who claimed they were hiring customer service representatives outside the platform. After applying, I was offered the job, signed a contract, and began working. However, when I attempted to withdraw my salary, they told me I had to first deposit $1,500 into my Trust Wallet as “proof of funds” before I could access my earnings. Believing this was part of their compliance process, I followed their instructions and linked my Trust Wallet to their portal. The moment I did, my funds were automatically transferred to their system. When I demanded my salary, they refused to pay me. Their IT department, compliance team, and supervisor all made excuses, saying they “did not know what to do” or “could not do anything.” Despite multiple follow-ups, they continued to ignore my requests and withheld my rightful earnings.
