I was approached with an offer to be a brand ambassador for this company, I was offered a free item from their website, I just had to pay the shipping. After going through, they continuously became pushy to buy more but never provided me with any brand ambassador information or portal. The following day I reached out to support to cancel and request a refund and they were giving me a hard time about it even though it was still in their possession. It was agreed upon on a refund. I later got a shipping notification that it shipped. To this day I still have not received the item but when I contacted them they just show me a screenshot with the tracking number saying delivered, ignoring the original request that is in the email thread. They said they would look into this, and now I have been ignored for a week now, despite emailing checking in for updates on progress or if they will process the refund I wanted from the beginning. Don’t believe this company, you can’t find much information on them and even in their customer service emails the language and tone is extremely unprofessional, almost like a high schooler is typing it. There’s no easy way to contact them as they lack a phone number or direct email. They also keep their about section extremely vague. Please be wary because they are not cheap and I got the smallest item I could find and the shipping was still on the pricey side.
