I ordered 2 of their “mineral crystal coffee mugs” the items I ordered were never sent to me instead, they mailed me 2 plastic cups which stink beyond believe. I have been emailing them and try to either get the items or have them issue me a full refund. The company/ website customer service flat out refuses to do either. Our exchange lasted for almost 2 months now and they will not send me items and refused to issue me a full refund. They did offer me 20% refund on the items I never received. It’s flat out a scam to cheat on consumers and false advertisement. I paid the items via PayPal, However, they do have my address even tho the company is listed in Singapore. 138 Robinson Road, #02-50, Oxley Tower, 068906, Singapore
