2 weeks ago I received a call that is in my contacts as Fifth Third Bank, so I answered it. Started with my name, last 4 of my checking account #. Asking me if I authorized a wire transfer to a lady in PA. I said no, they continued asking questions. I hung up and called Fifth Third back. Spoke to several people and no record of that call or any transfers. Last night, I received another call, same thing! After a few choice words, they hung up! My concern is scammers have figured out how to make it look like they are calling from an actual legit number. Fortunately, I am aware of scammers! The next person may not. I have reached out on Facebook to see if others had this issue, and yes they have.
