Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

Ordered online through an advertisement on Facebook claiming that the dog toy was indestructible and would be replaced if your pet managed to destroy it. The toy took over 2 months to arrive and was destroyed within 5 minutes of being used by my pet. I attempted to contact them for the replacement and they offered a $2 refund. I declined and asked for a full refund, and was offered a $4 refund. After I decline this, they provided a return address in China asking for the toy back. They toy is destroyed and I believe they will say that they will not refund my money due to the condition of the toy. The address they provided is 301, Building 3rd, No.5, Tiyu South Road, Chikan District Zhanjiang, Guangdong, 524044 China. When googling this address, I found other similar BBB complaints. Would like to log this as a scam and prevent others from purchasing under false pretenses.
