Number calls me once a month asking if " Brandon" is available. My brother is named Brandon, however he would not put my phone number on any job applications, financial applications, or emergency contacts(as our parents are still alive and he has a fiance so theres other peoples info he would write down as secondary contacts). Our numbers are very close. The numbers I ask the caller if they want his number and they say no they don't and immediately hang up. My brother is mentally challenged and its very possible hes given his personal info to a scam website. The only other info I have is that when my phone screens the number it shows "Dealer SVC". My brother does have a vehicle however it is paid off so its not a debt collector- which again if it was why are they calling and immediately hanging up if I am offering his contact info.
