I ordered 3 winter 3 way coats for my little Shi Tzus. Order was placed in December. All I received was a fake tracking number . It never changes over to US tracking number therefore it cannot be tracked by any US postal service. When I contacted supplier by email (no phone provided) the only response I get is more advertisement, never an answer to my question. I tried several times. Still no coats. I am sure lots of dog lovers fall for this scam. s omebi
