The company, Travel Unravel, had a 8883736754, which is suppose to be Royal Carribean, transfer to their number 5162025228. The representative acted as a representative of Royal Carribean. Somehow he went into my account in Royal Carribean and charged the packages reqeusted. However, they also charged $634.81, without authorization, and without my knowledge that they were charging an unlawful fee. I am disputing this amount with my credit card company but this company and their employees should not be allowed to continue scamming the public.
