This company is a complete scam. On 1/20/2025, I called to address being charged a Prime membership fee even though the membership was only active for 2 days instead of the full 30 days. Their representative, Rahul Singh, refused to listen to my request. I had to ask to speak with a supervisor more than 5 times because all Rahul wanted to do was talk about updating my Prime membership. When I finally spoke to the supervisor, Shristi Chhepry, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained my situation and asked if they could charge me only for the 2 days of usage, but they outright refused. The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. I am incredibly unsatisfied and will never book anything through eDreams again. This company is deceitful and preys on its customers. Avoid at all costs!
