I saw an ad on social media for a cordless mop vaccum and wen to the website and everything looked so official and trustworthy so I purchased a product in 12/7/2024 and after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or any other information I reached out to the “help desk” several times to no avail they never responded and I have yet to receive the product or my money back.
