Description
Our medical office received multiple calls and faxes requesting provider signatures for orthopedic orthoses. When we attempted to call the number back, the number was found to not be in service. We contacted the patient whose information the scam was referencing and he stated that he has never placed any requests for any type of orthosis. The return fax provided to our office was listed as 888-627-0067.
