Description
I ordered a product directly from their website, paid for expedited shipping and got a confirmation that my order was placed. I received a follow-up email stating that my order was shipped and included a tracking number from the shipping company (YunExpress). The tracking showed it was coming from China, even though company is based in California. After seeing no movement within the tracking system for over 2 weeks, and not receiving it in time for Christmas, I emailed the company to ask about the status. They replied back the next day saying "we have been informed that our team attempted to deliver your parcel but failed. It is with the shipping courier now so please call them asap with the tracking number. I called the company and was informed that on the tracking number I was given is yeilding no info and coming up blank, so it must still be processing on the seller's end and they are still waiting for the product to arrive for them to ship. I have now emailed Gemborn back with that info and asked for an update over a half dozen times and have not heard a peep back. I also have called the number they provided many times since and it goes to voicemail after 1 ring (and I left a few messages). I have still yet to get any response as they are ignoring my emails and voicemails. I called the shipping company back and they said it is still showing up the same on their end and to get a hold of Gemborn.
