I ordered a pillow from this company. It came in deformed and unusable so so started the return process after only having the pillow a few days. They advertise a 30 day sleep trial but do not honor it. They wanted to charge me an additional $20 fee to send back the defective pillow or only refund me 30%. I told them I should not have to pay even more for something the company messed up. After lots of back and forth on this I told them I was gonna dispute the charge because I did not get what I paid for. They still will not refund me my money. They stated they would ship me a new pillow after I made it clear I didn’t want their product anymore and just want my refund at this point. I believe they did this so I couldn’t dispute the charge. I don’t even trust they are actually sending anything at this point. The free $20 travel bag also was made so cheaply it came in busted. Buyers beware of this scam. Sutera sells a much higher quality version of this pillow that I have had for years and highly recommend.
