This company has a storefront page on https://shop.app/m/71tfy06b4r and also has a webpage of https://viqif.com/ They have multiple items for sale and say that the transactions are all in US$ You order the products and they are not exactly what they described the items to be and are completely wrong with the size description. I ordered what was described as Crocs Summer Sandals, but turned out to be a cheap China knockoff. The same with the other sandals that I ordered. Other companies, if the returns have to be shipped outside the US, will detail it in their policies with the return address, so you are aware, but this company does not state anything like that. In their about information, they do not have an actual address or contact information listed, except for an email. The package comes from their shipping department -- 28230 150th Rd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413-4015. If you google the address, you discover that there are several different companies operating out of different names out of the same location. They tell you that you cannot ship the item back to that address. They will not refund your money, instead they offer you 10% off your future purchase in the store.
