Cedar and Ash sell items online in which on 11-24-2024 I purchased 5 electromagnetic deicer gadgets for $33 and some change. The website said nothing about a subscription for $29.99. On 12-9-2024 they charged me $29.99 using another name (Ash and Timber) which my bank said they were one and the same. I contacted them via email at [email protected] multiple times and did not receive a refund. I told them I made a one time buy of their product and did not sign up for a subscription. Yet on 1-6-2025 they placed another charge under another name (Oak and Cedars. I filed a complaint with my bank(Blue Eagle Credit Union) again and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I filed an affidavit with emails I sent the fraud company to no avail. Everything about this company stinks. They used multiple names to charge a customer and refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. If this is happening to me there's got to be others like myself going through this horrible experience. If a person does not sign up for a subscription it should not be an automatic thing a company can push through.
