Description
This is an online retailer specializing in Chinese-made apparel. I bought "orthopedic shoes" and they sent the wrong size. The return had to be sent to China and tracked. I followed instructions to the letter and they refused to pay the refund, citing "lost in transit". Other customers on their webpage said they experienced the same thing. The webpage gives London, UK as their business address, but other conrrespondence (such as the return form) cites New York, NY.
