Description
T.Rering came to bid a job for me. We comunicated by text and he met me at the site. After a few weeks passed I informed him his services were not needed. He became angry in the text then fabricated a bill attempting to collect 435.00. I advised him in a text not to contact me further yet his harassment persits. I am contacting the police and the attorney general as well.
