The website is not visible to user who are not members. Once you pay you're supposed to be able to fully view the dating website. Unfortunately after payment and becoming a member, the website never became accessible to view. I contacted customer support who said they would have the issue fixed within 48 hours. About a week later the issue had not been fixed and I was told after the "investigation" my account was fine and there was nothing else for them to do. My account still had not been visible by this time, so I requested a refund after being more than patient with there team. Once I requested a refund all communication stopped on their end. After further research on my end I found out this happened to several people who ended up having to cancel their debit/ credit card because they received random charges after also not being able to view the website. So I feel they are taking people money with promise to access their site, but it not true. I have kept full communication with their team via email, so it's documented.
